High-precision adaptation to viscous materials: It adopts servo-driven plunger pumps/gear pumps/screw pumps, combined with pressure compensation and back-suction functions, to precisely control the filling volume of high-viscosity and granular sauces
Intelligent anti-oxidation and preservation: Optional nitrogen displacement system is available. Before filling, empty bottles are filled with nitrogen. After filling, the liquid surface is covered with nitrogen and then the cap is sealed, effectively extending the shelf life and maintaining the color and flavor.
Reliable sealing and leakage prevention: The dedicated capping/pressing station achieves constant torque precise control to ensure a tight seal of the lid, making it suitable for long-distance transportation and shelf display.

Food-grade fully sealed system: The parts in contact with the sauce are made of 316L stainless steel, with no hygiene dead corners. The conveyor belt is easy to disassemble and clean.
